Common use of Sub-recipient Audits Clause in Contracts

Sub-recipient Audits. The Principal Recipient shall submit to the Global Fund a plan, acceptable to the Global Fund, for the audit of the expenditures of Sub-recipients under the Program. The Principal Recipient shall ensure that Sub-recipients are audited in accordance with the plan, unless the Global Fund and the Principal Recipient agree otherwise in writing. Upon request, the Principal Recipient shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Global Fund a copy of reports of audits carried out under the plan.
