Common use of Subagreements Clause in Contracts

Subagreements. Subrecipient may enter into contracts (hereafter “subagreements”) for performance of the Project. Subrecipient must have and use its own documented procurement procedures that conform with applicable State and Federal law, including, without limitation, 2 CFR 200.318 through 200.327. For each subagreement over $150,000, the subagreement shall address administrative, contractual or legal remedies for violation or breach of subagreement terms and provide for sanctions and penalties as appropriate. Additionally, for each subagreement over $10,000, the subagreement shall address termination for cause or for convenience including the manner in which termination will be affected and the basis for settlement.
