Immigration Requirements. THE CARRIER may reimburse tickets in cities different from the city where the sale originated, if and only if the Passenger proves to have citizenship or legal residence in such country where the refund is requested, or that he has transportation means to exit the country. Immigration regulations require THE CARRIER to ensure that all Passengers that are not citizens or residents have transportation means to exit the country.

Immigration Requirements. 11.1 The University is licensed by the UK Home Office under the Student route of its Points Based System (PBS) to act as a sponsor of international students for visa purposes, and has specific duties and responsibilities to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) which it must discharge under the terms of its licence. The University’s Policy on UKVI Student Route Compliance, prescribes how the University discharges these responsibilities. The Policy extends to all international students studying at all University campuses within the UK. 11.2 You are expected to assist the University in discharging its UKVI compliance responsibilities by cooperating with all reasonable requests for information and/or documentation. 11.3 Where prescribed in the Policy, the University will take action against any international student who fails to cooperate within a reasonable timescale with such reasonable requests for information and/or documentation. In order to protect its UKVI sponsor licence, the University reserves the right to restrict your access to Library services and to the Liverpool Life student portal until such time that you provide the information requested, or to withdraw you from your programme of study in the event that you decline to cooperate or are unable to provide the information and/or documentation that would satisfy the University’s UKVI compliance responsibilities. 11.4 Where, as an international student, you are found to be, or with reasonable grounds are suspected of, failing to comply with the conditions of your student visa, or where you are found to be, or with reasonable grounds are suspected of, failing to hold current leave to remain in the UK which allows you to study on a University programme, or where you are otherwise deemed to be endangering the University’s UKVI sponsor licence, the University reserves the right to suspend or withdraw you from your programme of study, in order to protect its UKVI sponsor licence.

(2) For Participants traveling to a third country or within the host country, the recipient must ensure that all Participants obtain, use, and comply with the terms of all applicable immigration, visa and other similar requirements.

The College or the University may request information and documents from you to ensure that you are complying with any visa or immigration requirements. You must comply with such requests within a reasonable time (or any specific timeframe stipulated by the College or the University). If you do not meet any visa or immigration requirements, or if you fail to provide the necessary information within a reasonable time, the College or the University may elect to terminate your contract (whether immediately or otherwise) and withdraw you from your course. 3.2 If you are a Tier 4 international student, you must familiarise yourself and comply with your specific attendance monitoring requirements as well as any other requirements specified in your visa. If you do not comply with the attendance, monitoring and other requirements for Tier 4 international students, with the conditions of your Tier 4 or any other visa, or with the United Kingdom’s immigration rules, the College or the University may withdraw you from your course and report you to the Home Office or UK Visas and Immigration (or anybody that replaces it). Immigration Requirements. For study at UoL for periods of more than 6 months, the student is required to comply with the relevant UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements.1 UoL will be the immigration sponsor of the student under this agreement when they study at Liverpool and will be responsible for issuing a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for the period stipulated in the offer letter. While the student is studying in the UK under a Tier 4 visa they must be located at UoL and are required to study on a full-time basis (or in accordance with the terms of their visa).
