Subawardee Obligations. 6.1 Subawardee is, and at all times shall continue to be, in full compliance with the terms and conditions in the Grant Agreement that are applicable to it. Subawardee understands and agrees that for purposes of the foregoing, any requirements imposed upon ABAG as Contractor in the Grant Agreement are hereby passed-through and adopted as obligations of Subawardee to the extent required under the Grant Agreement and to the maximum extent permitted by law.
