Common use of Subcommittees and Workgroups Clause in Contracts

Subcommittees and Workgroups. The Coordination Committee may appoint subcommittees, workgroups, or otherwise direct staff made available by the Parties. Such subcommittees or workgroups may include qualified individuals possessing the knowledge and expertise to advance the goals of the Coordination Agreement on the topics being addressed by the subcommittee, whether or not such individuals are GSP Group Representatives or Alternate Representatives.

Subcommittees and Workgroups. The Coordination Committee may appoint ad hoc or standing subcommittees, workgroups, or otherwise direct staff made available by the Parties. Such subcommittees or workgroups may include qualified individuals possessing the knowledge and expertise to advance the goals of the Coordination Agreement GSP on the topics being addressed by the subcommittee, whether or not such individuals are GSP GSA Representatives, GSA Group Representatives or Alternate Representatives.
