Subconsultant Services. Should CONSULTANT find it necessary or advisable to employ subconsultants for performing services under this Agreement, the following shall apply:
Subconsultant Services. Consultant shall require subconsultants to provide the same supporting documentation, invoices, and receipts as Consultant is required to submit and retain.
Subconsultant Services. Any subconsultants to be used by Consultant in the performance of the scope of services shall be identified in Exhibit A hereto. Consultant shall obtain the District’s prior written approval before retaining a subconsultant to perform any portion of the scope of services of this Agreement. Notwithstanding Consultant’s use of any subconsultants, Consultant shall be responsible to the District for the performance of its subconsultants as it would be if Consultant had performed those services itself. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to create a contractual relationship between the District and any subconsultant employed by Consultant. Consultant shall be solely responsible for payments to any subconsultants. Consultant shall defend and indemnify the District for any payment, fines or penalties assessed or threatened to be assessed against District as a result of any claim brought by any subconsultant of Consultant for any matter arising from, or related to, the services performed by subconsultant under this Agreement.
Subconsultant Services. Services assigned to any subconsultants must be approved in writing and in advance by the Department Project Manager, Procurement Office, and the Consultant Project Manager in accordance with this Agreement. All subconsultants must be technically qualified by the Department to perform all work assigned to them. Additional subconsultants with specialized areas of expertise may be required to complete specific Task Work Order assignments. Any subconsultant to be hired and all work assignments to be performed, and all rates of compensation shall be agreed to by the Department Project Manager, Procurement Office and the Consultant Project Manager and documented in the contract file prior to any work being performed by the subconsultant. Any new subconsultant must be added to the contract via contract amendment (in coordination with the Procurement Office) prior to any issuance of work on a Task Work Order.
Subconsultant Services. Upon written approval of the STATE and prior to performance of work, the CONSULTANT may subcontract for engineering surveys, materials testing, or specialized professional services. The Region Engineer shall verify qualifications of personnel used by sub-consultant.
Subconsultant Services. CONSULTANT is directly responsible for any payment for SUBCONSULTANT work on this PROJECT. SUBCONSULTANT work on this PROJECT is included in the Budget Schedule shown above and shall be billed to the CITY by CONSULTANT as part of the Basic Services.
Subconsultant Services. City shall reimburse Consultant for approved subconsultant services, which shall be billed at cost, plus a 5 percent markup.
Subconsultant Services. Any services to be provided by subconsultants shall be provided for in a subconsultant agreement, which shall meet the written approval of the Owner. The Engineer shall not add a fixed fee on the costs for subconsultant services. All terms of this agreement must be passed on to all subsubconsultant agreements.
Subconsultant Services. Aquatic Survey
Subconsultant Services. For this project, topographic and Right of Way surveys will be subcontracted, as well as landscape architecture. The subconsultant scope of service is provided along with a breakdown of fees, but for ease of understanding, the corresponding Subconsultant line items in the fee estimate are entered only as a single direct cost. ENGINEER has hours shown in the fee estimate to coordinate with the Subconsultant with respect to scope, schedule and budget, as well as to process invoices.
