Common use of Subcontract Costs Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Costs. Payments made by the Contractor to Subcontractors, which payments shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The final, contracted-for amount between the Contractor and each Subcontractor shall be the exact amount that is put into the final GPC, after all leveling between trades and subcontractors and without any added allowances or contingencies, unless specifically identified and approved, in advance, by the District.
