Subcontract for Work or Services. No contract shall be made by the CONTRACTOR with any other party for furnishing any of the work or services under this Agreement without the prior written approval of the COUNTY; but this provision shall not require the approval of contracts of employment between the CONTRACTOR and personnel assigned under this Agreement, or for parties named in the proposal and agreed to under this Agreement.
