Common use of Subcontractor Insurance Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Insurance. Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to obtain, maintain and keep in force during the time in which they are engaged in performing Services, insurance coverages that are consistent with Contractor's customary practices for such types of subcontracts for projects of similar type and capacity to the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicable.

Subcontractor Insurance. Contractor shall require all Subcontractors who perform activities on the Project Site to obtain, maintain and keep in force during throughout the time in during which they are engaged in performing Services, by Contractor such insurance coverages as are set forth in Appendix Q in addition to those that are consistent with Contractor's normal and customary practices under Professional Standards for such types the portion of subcontracts for projects of similar type and capacity the Work to be performed on the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicableSite by such Subcontractor.

Subcontractor Insurance. The Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to obtain, maintain and keep in force force, during the time in which they are engaged in performing Servicesservices to be furnished by the Contractor hereunder, insurance coverages that are consistent adequate coverage in accordance with the Contractor's customary practices for normal practice or the Contractor shall maintain such types of subcontracts for projects of similar type and capacity to the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicablecoverage under its own insurance policies.

Subcontractor Insurance. During the Term of this Agreement, Contractor shall require any subcontractor of all Subcontractors or any portion of the Premises to obtain, maintain and keep in force effect during the time in which they are engaged in performing Servicesterm of its subcontract, insurance coverages coverage equivalent to that are consistent with required to be maintained by Contractor's customary practices for such types of subcontracts for projects of similar type and capacity to the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicable.

Subcontractor Insurance. The General Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to obtain, maintain and keep in force force, during the time in which they are engaged in performing Servicesservices to be furnished by the General Contractor hereunder, insurance coverages that are consistent adequate coverage in accordance with the General Contractor's customary practices for normal practice or the General Contractor shall maintain such types of subcontracts for projects of similar type and capacity to the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicablecoverage under its own insurance policies.

Subcontractor Insurance. Unless covered by Contractor’s Insurance, Contractor shall require all Subcontractors to obtain, maintain and keep in force during the time in which they are engaged in performing Services, services hereunder adequate insurance coverages that are coverage consistent with Contractor's customary practices for ’s Insurance (provided that the maintenance of any such types Subcontractor insurance shall not relieve Contractor of subcontracts for projects its other obligations pursuant to Clause 12.3). Contractor shall, upon the Owner’s request, furnish the Owner with evidence of similar type and capacity to the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicablesuch Subcontractor’s insurance.

Subcontractor Insurance. Contractor shall require all Subcontractors who perform activities on the Facility Site to obtain, maintain and keep in force during throughout the time in during which they are engaged in performing Services, by Contractor such insurance coverages as are set forth in Section 1.03 of Appendix Q in addition to those that are consistent with Contractor's normal and customary practices under Professional Standards for the portion of the Work to be performed on the Facility Site by such types of subcontracts for projects of similar type and capacity to the Project and with the requirements of Section 14.9 hereof, if applicableSubcontractor.
