Common use of Subcontractor List Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor List. When Construction Manager submits its GMP proposal to Owner, Construction Manager also shall submit to Owner a list of the names, addresses, licensing information and phone numbers of the subcontractors Construction Manager intends to use for each portion of the Work, as well as identifying in writing those portions of the Work it intends to perform with its own employees. The list identifying each subcontractor cannot be modified, changed, or amended without prior written approval from Owner.
