Common use of Subcontractor's Scope of Work Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor's Scope of Work. All materials and equipment purchased, supplied and installed in the building in connection with this project shall be free from hazardous materials/substances or contaminants, as defined by applicable law, statutes, codes, regulations or ordinances, including, but not limited to, asbestos, PCB's, which warranty shall survive indefinitely.
