Subdistricts. The Commission may define and designate drainage subdistricts within the 22 Watershed and shall have authority to separate the Watershed into such different subdistricts and to 23 allocate capital improvement costs to a subdistrict area if that subdistrict is the only area that materially 24 benefits from the capital improvement.
Subdistricts. The Districts may organize subdistricts or areas as allowed by Section 32-1-1101(1)(f), C.R.S., but only with prior approval of the City Council, and any such subdistrict(s) or area(s) shall be subject to all limitations on debt and other provisions of the Service Plan to the same extent as the Districts. In accordance with Section 32-1-1101(1)(f)(I), C.R.S., the any District contemplating the organization of a subdistrict shall notify the City prior to establishing any such subdistrict(s) or area(s), and shall provide the City with details regarding the purpose, location, and relationship of the subdistrict(s) or area(s). The City Council may elect to treat the organization of any such subdistrict(s) or area(s) as a material modification of the Service Plan.
Subdistricts. The ASU Athletic Facilities District Planning Area Text Amendment will create Subdistricts within the District (the “Subdistricts”). The ASU Athletic Facilities District Planning Area Text Amendment will outline the types of proposed uses within each Subdistrict.
