Subgrantee Officials. The Subgrantee promises that no official, employee or agent of the Subgrantee has any personal or financial interest and shall not acquire any interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or degree with the performance of services required to be performed under this Contract. The Subgrantee further promises that in the performance of this Contract no person having such interest will be employed.
