OFFICIAL PERSONNEL FILE definition

OFFICIAL PERSONNEL FILE. The only official file on a Faculty member that the University Administration uses as the basis for personnel action.
OFFICIAL PERSONNEL FILE means the employee’s permanent personnel file maintained in the Personnel office of the DRS Human Resources Unit, Management Services Division, Oklahoma City.
OFFICIAL PERSONNEL FILE means the department and/or Human Resources file of personnel records maintained on each employee.
