SUBJECT-MATTER OF PROCESSING. 1.1 The data accessed from the IPSX Facilities and data added from other sources, principally pertaining to the assessment of the fitness and propriety of Applicants to be approved as Members or Issuers by IPSX, and their compliance with the threshold conditions on an ongoing basis, and data pertaining to persons within the Counterparty who have access to IPSX Facilities.
