Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to define conditions of cooperation and rights and duties of the contracting parties while providing Licensed Materials as are defined hereunder.
Object of the Agreement 1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in consideration of the payment by the Customer of the price and other charges set out herein, VOLVO TRUCKS provides the services described in article 2 below (the “Services”) for the vehicle(s) indicated by the Customer on Volvo Connect (the “Vehicle”).
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject of the Contract is the creation of the work ordered as a result of own creative intellectual activity of the Author – to elaborate the evaluation of applications delivered to the Client (hereinafter “Work”) within an open call for submitting applications to solve projects of research and development in particular science and technology fields pursuant to the Article 6 Section 3 of Act No.172/2005 Coll. On State Aid Administration and Central State Administration as amended (hereinafter “Act”) subsequently as amended, labelled VV 2021 (hereinafter “Open Call”).
Subject of Agreement 1.1. Tour operator provides the Tourist a Tourist product or a Tourist Service for agreed price and Tourist receives the purchased services within the prelimenary agreed dates.
Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement Waiver: In consideration of being permitted to visit or participate in any way in any activity, including transportation, at the above location, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to xxx The Regents of the University of California, its officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of The Regents of the University of California, its officers, employees, and agents, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, visitation or participation in any way in any activity, including transportation, at the above location. Assumption of Risks: Visitation or participation carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but the risks range from 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and sprains to 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks, and concussions to 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death. I have read the previous paragraphs and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherent in visitation or participation. I hereby assert that my visitation or participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD The Regents of the University of California HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement in visitation or participation and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
EFFECT OF THE AGREEMENT Except as expressly provided herein, the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect. Except as expressly set forth herein, this Agreement shall not be deemed (a) to be a waiver of, or consent to, a modification or amendment of, any other term or condition of the Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document, (b) to prejudice any other right or rights which the Administrative Agent or the Lenders may now have or may have in the future under or in connection with the Credit Agreement or the other Loan Documents or any of the instruments or agreements referred to therein, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, (c) to be a commitment or any other undertaking or expression of any willingness to engage in any further discussion with the Borrower or any other Person with respect to any waiver, amendment, modification or any other change to the Credit Agreement or the Loan Documents or any rights or remedies arising in favor of the Lenders or the Administrative Agent, or any of them, under or with respect to any such documents or (d) to be a waiver of, or consent to or a modification or amendment of, any other term or condition of any other agreement by and among the Borrower, on the one hand, and the Administrative Agent or any other Lender, on the other hand. References in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement” (and indirect references such as “hereunder”, “hereby”, “herein”, and “hereof”) and in any Loan Document to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be references to the Credit Agreement as modified hereby.
– SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT 1.1 The institution shall provide support to the participant for undertaking a mobility activity for [teaching/ training/ teaching and training] under the Erasmus+ Programme.
Object of Agreement 1.01 The purpose and the intent of this Agreement is to provide co-operation and harmony, and to provide a channel through which information and adjustment of problems may be transmitted from one to another, as well as to cover hours, wages and working conditions.
Amendment of the Agreement The Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
