Subject to 20. 2.1, the amount of personal leave to which a full-time employee is entitled depends on how long they have worked for the employer and accrues as follows: ▪ In the first year of service with the employer an employee shall be entitled to 76 hours personal leave, provided that a maximum of 38 hours may be taken during the first six months of employment. ▪ In the second and subsequent years of service the employee shall be entitled to 76 hours personal leave.
