Sublet. 11.1 The Exhibitor shall not sublet or otherwise share, any Allocated Space at the Show without the prior written consent of VFM; 11.2 Any such consent shall be conditional upon the Exhibitor providing VFM with a full description of the type and nature of the goods and merchandise that any Co-Exhibitor is proposing to offer for sale at the Show.
