(b) The contractor A "contract problem" is a fact or circumstance of which the Contractor is aware that does, will be given 10 working days notice prior or reasonably is anticipated to (1) have a significant or substantial impact on the delivery schedule or completion of contract performance or the cost of performance of the contract (increase or decrease) or (2) requires modification to the date of contract or specification(s). The terms "significant" and "substantial" shall be interpreted in the meeting same manner as they would be interpreted by a reasonably prudent business person under the Contracting Officerrelevant circumstances. (c) The requirement for a post-award meeting Contractor shall report each contract problem promptly and in no event constitute grounds for excusable delay by later than ten (10) calendar days, after the contractor in performance Contractor identifies such contract problem.
