Submission of Bids for Yearly, Monthly and Daily Auctions. The Auction Participant submits a Bid via Auction Tool/Auction System held by Auction Opera- tor. On a particular Auction Day, only Bids for PTR products, which are the subject of the Auc- tion, can be submitted. The number of bids sent via Auction Tool/Auction System is not limited. If the Bid was not sub- mitted in accordance with these Auction Rules it is considered as not valid. Auction Participants may submit Limited or All or Nothing Bids. Limited Bids shall be those Bids that represent an offer for allocation of transmission capacities without limitation of accepting transmission capacities, in which the Auction Participant sets the highest acceptable price for PTRs, i.e. the offer of the participant is accepted in the requested or decreased amount. All or Nothing bids shall be those Bids which can only be executed in the exact amount specified in the Bid. Any bid shall include the following information:  Identification number of the Auction Participant;  Product code;  Maximum quantity in MW, rounded to one (1) MW;  Net price excluding VAT, given in €/MWh for all bids in direction from Croatia to Slovenia and in HRK/MW for all bids in direction from Slovenia to Croatia. The price must be rounded to maximum of two decimal and shall not be equal or less than zero. Time of receipt of a Bid on the Auction shall be the time stamp assigned by the Auction Opera- tors Auction Tool/Auction System upon entering of the Bid. Auction Participants do not have the option to view the Bid Register they only see their own Bids. Auction Operator does not see the prices in Bid Register during the Auction. If the above specified Bid submission conditions cannot be implemented for a given Auction, Auction Operator notifies the Auction Participant, by telephone or e-mail or Auction Website, of the switch to fall back procedures.

  • SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO.

  • Rental Rates and Wage Rates for Change Orders As soon as is practical, but prior to the completion of the Construction Preparation Period and in any event prior to the commencement of any Work on the Site, the Contractor shall submit in accordance with the style and format of a specimen to be furnished by the Owner for consideration of the Owner the following: (1) a proposal for rental rates on heavy construction equipment that shall apply in the event Change Order Work is performed, and (2) a proposal for wage rates for the types of project labor that shall apply in the event of the execution of any Change Order Work. Under penalty of false swearing, a principal of the contracting firm shall certify that the proposal for rental rates and proposal for wage rates do not exceed current costs for like services. The Owner will in no event consider a rental rate in excess of eighty percent of the rate set forth in the latest edition of the "Compilation of Nationally Averaged Rental Rates for Construction Equipment" of the Associated Equipment Distributors unless the rates proposed in excess of eighty percent are supported by proof satisfactory to the Owner that the excess rates are reasonable. If the equipment is owned by the Contractor the costs shall be charged at a maximum of eighty percent of market monthly rental rates for the amount of time used. If applicable, transportation costs may be included. The decision of the Owner shall be final, binding and conclusive on all parties. Rental rates shall be payable only for the actual time the equipment is required on the Site.

  • Contract Provisions for Orders Utilizing Federal Funds Pursuant to Appendix II to 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards, Orders funded with federal funds may have additional contractual requirements or certifications that must be satisfied at the time the Order is placed or upon delivery. These federal requirements may be proposed by Participating Entities in Participating Addenda and Purchasing Entities for incorporation in Orders placed under this Master Agreement.

  • DATA USED FOR CALCULATIONS The calculations for payments under this Agreement shall be initially based upon the valuations that are placed upon all taxable property in the District, including the Applicant’s Qualified Property, by the Appraisal District in its annual certified tax roll submitted to the District for each Tax Year pursuant to TEXAS TAX CODE § 26.01 on or about July 25 of each year of this Agreement. Immediately upon receipt of the valuation information by the District, the District shall submit the valuation information to the Third Party selected and appointed under Section 4.3. The certified tax roll data shall form the basis of the calculation of any and all amounts due under this Agreement. All other data utilized by the Third Party to make the calculations contemplated by this Agreement shall be based upon the best available current estimates. The data utilized by the Third Party shall be adjusted from time to time by the Third Party to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified tax roll or any other changes in student counts, tax collections, or other data.

  • PROCEDURES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL PAYMENT CALCULATIONS All calculations required by this Article VI, including but not limited to: (i) the calculation of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amount; (ii) the determination of both the Annual Limit and the Aggregate Limit; (iii) the effect, if any, of the Aggregate Limit upon the actual amount of Supplemental Payments eligible to be paid to the District by the Applicant; and (iv) the carry forward and accumulation of any of the Applicant’s Stipulated Supplemental Payment Amounts unpaid by the Applicant due to the Aggregate Limit in previous years, shall be calculated by the Third Party selected pursuant to Section 4.3.

  • DATA FOR CALCULATIONS The initial calculations for any payments owing under this Agreement shall be based upon the valuations placed upon the Qualified Property by the Appraisal District in its annual certified appraisal roll submitted to the District pursuant to § 26.01 of the TEXAS TAX CODE in or about July of each year of this Agreement. The certified appraisal roll data shall form the basis from which any and all amounts due under this Agreement are calculated, and the data utilized by the Consultant will be adjusted as necessary to reflect any subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s appraisal roll. Any estimates used by the Consultant to make calculations as required by this Agreement shall be based on the best and most current information available. The Consultant shall from time to time adjust the data utilized to reflect actual amounts, subsequent adjustments by the Appraisal District to the District’s certified appraisal roll, or any other relevant changes to material items such as student counts or tax collections.

  • Monthly Updates The Contractor must provide the Design Professional and the Owner with monthly updates of the Overall Project Schedule indicating completed activities and any changes in sequencing or activity durations. (See also Articles 2.1.2 and 2.1.5).

  • Delivery and Content of Monthly Bills/Supplementary Bills 10.2.1 The SPD shall issue to SECI hard copy of a signed Monthly Xxxx/Supplementary Xxxx for the immediately preceding Month/relevant period based on the issuance of Energy Accounts along with all relevant documents (payments made by SPD for drawal of power, payment of reactive energy charges, Metering charges or any other charges as per guidelines of SERC/CERC, if applicable. Each Monthly Xxxx shall include all charges as per this Agreement for the energy supplied for the relevant Month based on Energy Accounts issued by RPC or any other competent authority which shall be binding on both the Parties. The Monthly Xxxx amount shall be the product of the energy as per Energy Accounts and the Applicable Tariff. Energy drawn from the grid will be regulated as per the regulations of respective State the Project is located in.
