Submission of Bids for Yearly, Monthly and Daily Auctions. The Auction Participant submits a Bid via Auction Tool/Auction System held by Auction Opera- tor. On a particular Auction Day, only Bids for PTR products, which are the subject of the Auc- tion, can be submitted. The number of bids sent via Auction Tool/Auction System is not limited.If the Bid was not sub- mitted in accordance with these Auction Rules it is considered as not valid. Auction Participants may submit Limited or All or Nothing Bids. Limited Bids shall be those Bids that represent an offer for allocation of transmission capacities without limitation of accepting transmission capacities, in which the Auction Participant sets the highest acceptable price for PTRs, i.e. the offer of the participant is accepted in the requested or decreased amount. All or Nothing bids shall be those Bids which can only be executed in the exact amount specified in the Bid. Any bid shall include the following information:  Identification number of the Auction Participant;  Product code;  Maximum quantity in MW, rounded to one (1) MW;  Net price excluding VAT, given in €/MWh for all bids in direction from Croatia to Slovenia and in HRK/MW for all bids in direction from Slovenia to Croatia. The price must be rounded to maximum of two decimal and shall not be equal or less than zero. Time of receipt of a Bid on the Auction shall be the time stamp assigned by the Auction Opera- tors Auction Tool/Auction System upon entering of the Bid. Auction Participants do not have the option to view the Bid Register they only see their own Bids. Auction Operator does not see the prices in Bid Register during the Auction. If the above specified Bid submission conditions cannot be implemented for a given Auction, Auction Operator notifies the Auction Participant, by telephone or e-mail or Auction Website, of the switch to fallback procedures.

  • SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO. 4.2 The Authority reserves the right (acting reasonably) to specify that the MI Report be submitted by the Supplier using an alternative communication to that specified in paragraph 4.1 above such as email. The Supplier agrees to comply with any such instructions provided they do not materially increase the burden on the Supplier.

  • Auction Schedule; Method of Submission of Orders (a) The Funds and the Auction Agent shall conduct Auctions for each series of Preferred Shares in accordance with the schedule set forth below. Such schedule may be changed at any time by the Auction Agent with the consent of the Fund, which consent shall not be withheld unreasonably.   • POST ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION PROCEDURES 4.1. Successful E-bidders shall and undertake to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the office of the Auctioneer within 3 working days from the date of auction, failing which the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Assignee bank and the sale will be deemed cancelled/terminated and the property may be put up again for subsequent auction without further notice to the said E-Bidders. The Auctioneer shall send the Memorandum of Sale for stamping and thereafter forward the same together with the required deposit paid under Clause 2.4 above and the differential sum paid under this clause (if any) to the Assignee bank. 4.2. Any successful E-bidder who is unable to attend to sign the Memorandum of Sale at the Auctioneer's office may do so by authorising another person to sign the same of his/her behalf by inserting the particulars of the authorised person and furnishing a copy of his/her identity card and also a Letter of Authorisation for this purpose. 4.3. In the event that there is inconsistency between the personal details and the documents uploaded in the PAH Website and the actual documents produced by the successful bidder, the Auctioneer shall have the right to refuse the successful bidder from signing the Memorandum of Sale and may at its discretion cancel the sale and proceed to put up property up for a new auction and the deposit paid shall be forfeited. 4.4. The Memorandum of Sale upon being signed by the Auctioneer, Solicitor for the Assignee bank and the successful Bidder/Authorised agent shall be conclusive evidence of the sale of the property to the successful bidder.

  • Minimum Site Requirements for TIPS Sales (when applicable to TIPS Sale). Cleanup: When performing work on site at a TIPS Member’s property, Vendor shall clean up and remove all debris and rubbish resulting from their work as required or directed by the TIPS Member or as agreed by the parties. Upon completion of work, the premises shall be left in good repair and an orderly, neat, clean and unobstructed condition. Preparation: Vendor shall not begin a project for which a TIPS Member has not prepared the site, unless Vendor does the preparation work at no cost, or until TIPS Member includes the cost of site preparation in the TIPS Sale Site preparation includes, but is not limited to: moving furniture, installing wiring for networks or power, and similar pre‐installation requirements. Registered Sex Offender Restrictions: For work to be performed at schools, Vendor agrees that no employee of Vendor or a subcontractor who has been adjudicated to be a registered sex offender will perform work at any time when students are, or reasonably expected to be, present unless otherwise agreed by the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that a violation of this condition shall be considered a material breach and may result in the cancellation of the TIPS Sale at the TIPS Member’s discretion. Vendor must identify any additional costs associated with compliance of this term. If no costs are specified, compliance with this term will be provided at no additional charge. Safety Measures: Vendor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of employees on the worksite, and shall erect and properly maintain all necessary safeguards for protection of workers and the public. Vendor shall post warning signs against all hazards created by the operation and work in progress. Proper precautions shall be taken pursuant to state law and standard practices to protect workers, general public and existing structures from injury or damage. Smoking: Persons working under Agreement shall adhere to the TIPS Member’s or local smoking statutes, codes, ordinances, and policies.

  • Cost of Bidding 6.1 The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his Bid, and the Employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.
