Product Code definition

Product Code means the code used by FDA to identify the generic cat- egory of a device.
Product Code means the identifier for the specific type of tissue and cell in question. The product code consists of the product coding system identifier indicating the coding system used by the tissue establishment (“E” for the EUTC, “A” for ISBT128, “B” for Eurocode) and the tissues and cells product number foreseen in the respective coding system for the product type, as further defined in Annex VII to this Directive;
Product Code. With respect to each Loan, a code agreed to in writing by the Loan Originator and the Initial Noteholder, which code shall identify whether such Loan is an Adjustable Rate Loan or a fixed rate Loan, whether such Loan has a Retained Interest and such other attributes of such Loan as may be agreed in writing from time to time between the Loan Originator and the Initial Noteholder.

Product Code means any of the following codes administered by the Commission:
Product Code means an item of Product which is a specific combination of formulation, unit size, package size (including number of units), package type and label, all in accordance with the Xxxx of Materials, and to which a specific product code has been assigned for identification purposes.
Product Code means a unique number assigned by the Company for its Product including Mutual Funds, Plans and investment models.
