Common use of Submission of Materials Clause in Contracts

Submission of Materials. Upon any termination of Employee's employment with Company, Employee will submit to the Company all materials within Employee's possession that constitute or include Confidential Subject Matter owned by the Company or held in confidence by the Company for any third-party.
