Common use of Submission of Plans Clause in Contracts

Submission of Plans. Owner shall submit to Manager final plans and specifications in sufficient detail for use as contract bid and working documents and for submission to appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities in connection with applications for building permits, zoning variances, fire department approvals and the licenses and permits required for the construction work.

Submission of Plans. Owner shall submit to Manager final plans plans, specifications and specifications calculations relating to the systems in Section 4(a) in sufficient detail for use as contract bid and working documents and for submission to appropriate governmental or regulatory authorities departments in connection with applications for building permits, zoning variances, fire department approvals and the licenses and permits required for the construction work.
