Common use of Submission of Plans Clause in Contracts

Submission of Plans. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality, the Company shall, prior to undertaking any Work that requires a Municipal Consent, submit the following to the Director: (a) construction plans of the proposed Work, showing the locations of the proposed and existing Equipment and other facilities, and specifying the boundaries of the area within the Municipality within which the Work is proposed to take place; and (b) all other relevant plans, drawings and other information as may be normally required by the Director from time to time for the purposes of issuing Permits.

Submission of Plans. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality, the Company shall, prior to undertaking any Work that requires a Municipal Consent, submit the following to the DirectorMunicipality Engineer: (a) construction plans of the proposed Work, showing the locations of the proposed and existing Equipment and other facilities, and specifying the boundaries of the area within the Municipality within which the Work is proposed to take place; (b) Traffic control plans for the protection of the workers, public and traveling public including detours as required to minimize traffic disruption; and (bc) all other relevant plans, drawings and other information as may be normally required by the Director Municipality Engineer from time to time for the purposes of issuing Permits.

Unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality, and subject to Schedule B, the Company shall, prior to undertaking any Work that requires a Municipal Consent, submit the following to the DirectorGeneral Manager of Operations: (a) construction plans of the proposed Work, showing the locations of the proposed and existing Equipment and other facilities, and specifying the boundaries of the area within the Municipality within which the Work is proposed to take place; and (b) all other relevant plans, drawings and other information as may be normally required by the Director General Manager of Operations from time to time for the purposes of issuing Permits.

Unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality, the Company shall, prior to undertaking any Work that requires a Municipal Consent, submit the following to the DirectorMunicipal Engineer: (a) construction plans of the proposed Work, showing the locations of the proposed and existing Equipment and other facilities, excluding aerial Equipment, and specifying the boundaries of the area within the Municipality within which the Work is proposed to take place; and (b) all other relevant plans, drawings and other information as may be normally required by the Director Municipal Engineer from time to time for the purposes of issuing Permits.

Unless otherwise agreed to by the Municipality, the Company shall, prior to undertaking any Work that requires a Municipal Consent, submit the following to the DirectorMunicipal Engineer: (a) construction plans of the proposed Work, showing the locations of the proposed and existing Equipment and other facilities, (as applicable) and specifying the boundaries of the area within the Municipality Trail within which the Work is proposed to take place; and (b) all other relevant plans, drawings and other information as may be normally required by the Director Municipal Engineer from time to time for the purposes of issuing PermitsPermits for work in the Trail.
