Submission of transactions to Nets for settlement. 3.6.1. The Merchant must send transactions to Nets without undue delay and no later than three days after the Transaction Date. The Merchant may be charged a fee for transactions received by Nets more than three calendar days after the Transaction Date. In addition to charging the above fee, Nets is entitled to reject transactions received more than 3 calendar days after the Transaction Date.

  • Settlement of Transactions 1. The Company shall proceed to a settlement of all transactions upon execution of such transactions.

If no electronic funds transfer occurs in a particular calendar quarter, you will still receive a statement for that quarter. However, for an asset account to which you have authorized no electronic funds transfers other than preauthorized credits, you will get a statement quarterly. On any account considered dormant, a statement will be sent to you annually. · Periodic statements we send you on accounts that are subject to electronic funds transfers described in Section 4 and transaction receipts issued by an ATM are admissible evidence. · Your right to documentation as set forth above in this section does not apply when the electronic funds transfer occurs outside of the United States.

  • Interpretation and Settlement of Disputes 6.1 Should any doubt or diverging views arise regarding the interpretation of any provision of the present Letter of Agreement or in case of dispute regarding its application, the parties shall endeavor to reach a solution acceptable to both of them.

Detailed at the end of this Agreement is a table of limitations that apply to the Card. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without prior notice to you.
