Transaction Data definition

Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.
Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;
Transaction Data means Orders, RFQs, bids, offers and other information (excluding Proprietary Data and Personal Information) concerning Swaps executed pursuant to the Rules, including information and content contained in, displayed on, generated by or derived from the Trading Platform.

  • The Borrower shall at all times maintain (or cause the Collateral Custodian to maintain on their behalf) a Transaction Data Room, and shall cause to be maintained therein electronic copies of all documents and other information required by this Agreement and other Transaction Documents to be maintained therein.

  • The amount of the refund/adjustment cannot exceed the amount shown as the total on the original Transaction Data.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all Additional Reports shall be made available to all Lenders simultaneously, which may be by posting to the Transaction Data Room.
