Submittal of Certificates of Insurance. 10.4.1 Prior to commencement of work and annually thereafter for the term of this Agreement, Franchisee will provide to the County of San Xxxx Obispo, Director of the Department of Public Works properly executed certificates of insurance clearly evidencing the coverage, limits, and endorsements specified in this Agreement. Further, at County’s request, Franchisee shall provide certified copies of the insurance policies within thirty days of request.
