Common use of Submittal Register Clause in Contracts

Submittal Register. Contractor shall provide the Owner and Architect/Engineer with a Submittal Register of all items requiring submittal review showing the items’ anticipated submission dates and late finish dates for completion of the review process. The Submittal Register shall be incorporated with the Work Progress Schedule, and each shall be updated monthly and submitted to the Architect/Engineer and Owner with each Application for Payment.
