SUBPOENA/PROCESS. Executive agrees that except as provided in Section 19 below, in the event he receives a subpoena, document request, information request, interrogatory, or any other legal process that will or may require him to disclose any Confidential Information, he will immediately notify UEI’s General Counsel of such fact, in writing (both by email and by FedEx or UPS overnight delivery), and provide a copy of such subpoena, document request, information request, interrogatory, or other legal process.
