Subpoenas. If your records are requested through subpoena, you will be notified in writing and provided with a copy of the subpoena.   • Governmental Agencies means any federal, provincial, municipal or other government or governmental agency, board, commission or authority, domestic or foreign;

  • Governmental Agency(ies) means, individually or collectively, any federal, state, county or local governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority or agency (including, without limitation, each applicable Regulatory Agency) with jurisdiction over the Company or a Subsidiary.

  • Deposition means the testimony of a person pursuant to subpoena or at the request of the state of Iowa taken in a setting other than a hearing.
