Common use of Subprocessor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Subprocessor Agreements. The parties agree that the copies of the Subprocessor agreements that must be sent by Conga to Customer pursuant to Data Protection Laws and Regulations may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to compliance with the Agreement or DPA removed by Conga beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Conga only upon request by Customer.

Subprocessor Agreements. Conga or a Conga Affiliate has entered into a written agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations not less protective than those in this Agreement to the extent applicable to the nature of the services provided by such Subprocessor. The parties agree that the copies of the Subprocessor agreements that must be sent by Conga to Customer pursuant to Data Protection Laws and Regulations may have all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to compliance with the Agreement or DPA removed by Conga beforehand; and, that such copies will be provided by Conga only upon request by Customer.
