Common use of Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Clause in Contracts

Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel. SUBRECIPIENT shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the SUBRECIPIENT’s efforts in fulfilling SUBRECIPIENT’s obligations under this CONTRACT. The name of the Project Manager shall be provided to the COUNTY. If there be a Project Management change the SUBRECIPIENT will notify the COUNTY in writing prior to the change being made.
