Matching Requirement. Grantee certifies that the following matching requirement for the Grant will be met by Grantee. The total project cost is $65,000.00. The Grantee agrees to provide a nonstate cash match of a least $0.
Matching Requirement. The Subrecipient agrees to provide cash contribution match equal ($1 to $1 match requirement) to the amount awarded under this Agreement. Subrecipient agrees to comply with the requirements outlined in the Match Requirements and Report form attached to this agreement (“Exhibit C”) and provide a completed version of this form with all required attachments no later than January 31 following a completed year of ESG programming.
Matching Requirement. 576.201 Contractor must make matching contributions to supplement the ESG program funding received under this Agreement. Matching contributions may be obtained from any source, including any Federal source other than the ESG program, as well as state, local and private sources. However, the following requirements apply to matching contributions from a Federal source of funds:
(i) The recipient must ensure the laws governing any funds to be used as matching contributions do not prohibit those funds from being used to match Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds.
(ii) If ESG funds are used to satisfy the matching requirements of another Federal program, then funding from that program may not be used to satisfy the matching requirements under this section.
Matching Requirement. The Company shall obtain non-Commission funding commitments for the Project in an amount at least equal to the Grant (i.e., the Commission will fund no more than fifty percent (50%) of the costs related to the Project). Prior to the disbursement of any Grant funds, Grantee shall provide documentation satisfactory to the Commission of the Company’s eligible non-Commission funds. Non-Commission funds expended prior to the Award Date are not eligible. Unless otherwise approved by the Commission, eligible non-Commission funds shall mean cash available to the Company to pay costs related to the Project.
Matching Requirement. 24 CFR 576.201: The SUBRECIPIENT must make matching contributions to supplement the SUBRECIPIENT’S ESG program in an amount that equals the SUBRECIPIENT’s fiscal year grant for ESG program, including any SUBRECIPIENT’s ESG project. To be recognized as match for ESG, each contribution must meet the requirements under 2 CFR 200.306.
Matching Requirement. The Contractor shall follow the Program Regulations found in Title 24, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 582 (“Program Regulations”) to assure that the supportive services are adequate. The program regulations, at Section 582.110, require that the supportive services be appropriate to the needs of the population being served, at least equal in value to the aggregate amount of rental assistance funded by HUD, and funded from sources other than the Program. The Program Regulations, at Section 582.110(c), define what may count as matching supportive services. The Contractor shall report to the Authority on compliance with this match requirement in a form and manner specified by the Authority. The Authority will withhold rental assistance payments to the Contractor, should the Contractor at any time not be in full compliance with 24 CFR 582.110, Matching Requirements, until the aggregate amount of supportive services at least equals in value the aggregate amount of Rental Assistance paid to the Contractor by the Authority for the Contract term.
Matching Requirement. Amounts made available under section 1804 of this title should be matched by an equal amount of non-Federal funds for the national media campaign, or be matched with in-kind contribu- tions to the campaign of the same value.
Matching Requirement. Commencing on the Effective Date, the NPATF shall be required to generate, receive and apply new and additional funding, through sustainable finance mechanisms, on an annual basis for supporting the NPATF’s General Purpose.
(i) This new and additional funding must be of an amount not less than the annual disbursements made by the Charity to the NPATF in each applicable disbursement period, as determined by the Charity in the Payment Procedures (which amount is hereafter referred to as the “Matching Requirement”).
(ii) If the NPATF fails in any year after the Effective Date to generate, receive and apply its annual Matching Requirement in its entirety, then the amount of the NPATF's pro-rata share of the Reference Endowment Value that would otherwise be transferred to it shall be reduced by the amount of the shortfall between the Matching Requirement and the amount that is actually generated that year by the NPATF.
(iii) Where deemed commercially prudent by the Charity, any amount not transferred by it shall be held by the Charity in the Participating Country Sub-Account until such time as the NPATF is able to generate the Matching Requirement in its entirety for that year, without effect on any prior or subsequent periods for which the NPATF is required to meet the Matching Requirement. Any amount held in a Participating Country Sub- Account and not transferred to the NPATF within that year will be reinvested on behalf of it.
(iv) The parties hereby acknowledge that any funding mechanisms in effect prior to the date of the establishment or incorporation of the NPATF shall not be applied in satisfaction of the Matching Requirement.
(v) The Charity will provide the NPATF with reasonable prior notice of the relevant amount representing the Matching Requirement.
