Common use of Subscribed Channels Clause in Contracts

Subscribed Channels. From the Effective Date, the Subscribed Channels shall mean and include the A-xx-Xxxxx Channels of TVTN and/or Bouquets of TVTN which are subscribed by the DPO by specifically mentioning Yes/No against such A-la Carte Channel /Bouquets of TVTN listed in Schedule I of this Amendment Agreement subject to approval and receipt of requisite IRD (as defined in the SLA) from TVTN at the sole discretion of TVTN.

Subscribed Channels. From the Effective Date, the Subscribed Channels shall mean and include the A-xx-Xxxxx Channels of TVTN and/or Bouquets of TVTN which are subscribed by the DPO by specifically mentioning Yes/No assigning tick  marks against such A-la Carte Channel /Bouquets Channel/Bouquets of TVTN listed in Schedule I of to this Amendment Agreement subject to approval and receipt of requisite IRD (as defined in the SLA) from TVTN through its authorized agent STAR at the sole discretion of TVTN.
