Common use of Subscriber Obligations Clause in Contracts

Subscriber Obligations. Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS; (iv) review and verify the accuracy of the data in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate; (v) be responsible, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and content; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misuse; (vii) take all reasonable measures to assure control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in a Certificate; (viii) immediately cease using a Certificate and the related Private Key and request revocation of the Certificate if 1) any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificate; (ix) cease all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or revocation of the Certificate; (x) comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) obtain and keep in force any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of the Certificates; and (xii) abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines when using a Certificate.

Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS; (iv) review and verify the accuracy of the data in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate; (v) be responsible, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and content; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo Xxxxxxx if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misuse; (vii) take all reasonable measures to assure control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in a Certificate; (viii) immediately cease using a Certificate and the related Private Key and request revocation of the Certificate if 1) any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificate; (ix) cease all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or revocation of the Certificate; (x) comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) obtain and keep in force any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of the Certificates; and (xii) abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines when using a Certificate.

Subscriber Obligations. Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo InCommon CPS; (ii) use the EV Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Comodo CPS; (iii) review each certificate request and each issued Certificate’s information for accuracy and completeness prior to requesting, installing and using the Certificate; (iv) review only install an issued Certificate on the servers accessible at the domain name(s) listed in the Certificate and verify the accuracy only use an issued Certificate for authorized business of the data in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurateSubscriber; (v) be responsibleresponsible for any computer hardware, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internettelecommunications hardware, and communications networks (if any) required software necessary to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and contentCertificate; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo if Subscriber becomes aware of obtain and maintain any misuse of authorization or license necessary to use the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misuseCertificate; (vii) take all reasonable measures bind each Relying Party to assure control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds InCommon's Relying Party Agreement (available in InCommon's Certificate Repository: xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxxxxxxxxx) by posting notice to the Public Key to be included in a Certificatethis affect on Subscriber’s website; (viii) keep Confidential Information confidential and uncompromised, and immediately cease using a Certificate and the related Private Key inform InCommon and request revocation of the Certificate any affected Certificates if 1) any information in the Certificate is Subscriber reasonably believes that Confidential Information has been disclosed or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificatecompromised; (ix) cease ensure that all use information provided to InCommon is complete and accurate and does not include any information that would be unlawful or otherwise likely to damage the business or reputation of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration InCommon or revocation of the CertificateComodo; (x) comply with all regulationsimmediately cease using any InCommon-issued Certificates and associated Private Keys if any of the following occur 1) a relevant Private Key is compromised, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates,2) a Certificate expires (SSL only) or is revoked; (xi) obtain and keep in force immediately cease issuing InCommon Certificates if this Addendum is terminated or expires; (xii) immediately notify InCommon of 1) any consentbreach of these Addendum Terms or 2) any information provided to InCommon that changes, authorizationceases to be accurate, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of becomes inconsistent with the Certificateswarranties made by Subscriber herein; and (xiixiii) abide by comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, local and guidelines international laws when receiving or using a Certificate, including all export laws. Subscriber shall not export or re-export, either directly or indirectly, any Certificate's Private Key to a country or entity under United Kingdom or United States restrictions. SUBSCRIBER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY FOR ITS VIOLATION OF EXPORT LAWS.

Subscriber Obligations. Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of CertificatesInCommon CPS; (ii) install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the EV Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS; (iviii) review each certificate request and verify the each issued Certificate’s information for accuracy of the data in each Certificate and completeness prior to requesting, installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data ; (iv) only install an issued Certificate on the servers accessible at the domain name(s) listed in a the Certificate changes or ceases to be accurateand only use an issued Certificate for authorized business of the Subscriber; (v) be responsibleresponsible for any computer hardware, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internettelecommunications hardware, and communications networks (if any) required software necessary to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and contentCertificate; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo if Subscriber becomes aware of obtain and maintain any misuse of authorization or license necessary to use the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misuseCertificate; (vii) take all reasonable measures bind each Relying Party to assure control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds InCommon's Relying Party Agreement (available in InCommon's Certificate Repository: xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx/xxxxxxxxxx) by posting notice to the Public Key to be included in a Certificatethis effect on Subscriber’s website; (viii) keep Private Keys confidential and uncompromised, and immediately cease using a Certificate and the related Private Key inform InCommon and request revocation of the Certificate any affected Certificates if 1) any information in the Certificate is Subscriber reasonably believes that Private Keys have been disclosed or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificatecompromised; (ix) cease ensure that all use information provided to InCommon is complete and accurate and does not include any information that would be unlawful or otherwise likely to damage the business or reputation of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration InCommon or revocation of the CertificateSectigo; (x) comply with all regulations, policies, immediately cease using any InCommon-issued Certificates and procedures of its networks while using Certificates,associated Private Keys if (1) a relevant Private Key is compromised or (2) a Certificate expires (SSL only) or is revoked; (xi) obtain and keep in force immediately cease issuing InCommon Certificates if this Addendum is terminated or expires; (xii) immediately notify InCommon of (1) any consentbreach of this Addendum or (2) any information provided to InCommon that changes, authorizationceases to be accurate, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of becomes inconsistent with the Certificateswarranties made by Subscriber herein; and (xiixiii) abide by comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, local and guidelines international laws when receiving or using a Certificate, including all export laws. Subscriber shall not export or re-export, either directly or indirectly, any Certificate's Private Key to a country or entity under United Kingdom or United States restrictions. Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo Comodo in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo Comodo CPS; (iv) review and verify the accuracy of the data in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo Comodo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate; (v) be responsible, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and content; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo Comodo if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates and assist Sectigo Comodo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misuse; (vii) take all reasonable measures to assure control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in a Certificate; (viii) immediately cease using a Certificate and the related Private Key and request revocation of the Certificate if 1) any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificate; (ix) cease all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or revocation of the Certificate; (x) comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) obtain and keep in force any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of the Certificates; and (xii) abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines when using a Certificate.

Subscriber Obligations. Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo use or access the Subscription Service only in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection conjunction with the issuance of CertificatesSoftware or other software that may be provided by XXX.xxx from time to time or specified by XXX.xxx to be appropriate for use in conjunction with the Subscription Service; (ii) install and use each issued Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) server accessible at the domain name listed in on the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificateand use each Certificate solely in compliance with all applicable laws, or EV Certificatesolely for authorized company business, and solely in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; (iii) use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS; (iv) review and verify the accuracy of the data in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate; (v) be responsible, at Subscriber’s its own expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, Internet and all other communications networks (if any) required in order to use the CertificatesSubscription Service and Digital Certificate, 2and for the provision of all computer and telecommunications equipment and software required to use the Subscription Service, except where expressly provided otherwise herein; (iv) obtain and keep in force any authorization, permission or license necessary for the Subscriber to use the Subscription Service, except where XXX.xxx expressly agrees to obtain the same under the terms of this Agreement; (v) bind each and every Relying Party using the Subscriber’s conduct and XXX.xxx Certificate(s) to the following terms: “By relying upon a XXX.xxx digital certificate, the user agrees to be bound by the XXX.xxx Relying Party Agreement, which is incorporated herein in its website maintenance, operation, developmententirety, and contentwhich can be found at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/repository/ssl_v1_cps.pdf; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo if Subscriber becomes aware be responsible for the generation of any misuse of Private Key belonging to the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curingSubscriber, and rectifying any misuse; (vii) take all reasonable measures measures, either by itself or through a subcontractor (e.g. hosting provider), to assure maintain sole control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times times, and ensure the proper use of the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in the requested Digital Certificate, personal identification numbers, passwords and other access information or devices used in connection with the Subscription Service, and immediately inform XXX.xxx if there is any reason to believe that any of the foregoing has or is likely to become known to someone not authorized to use it, or is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorized way; (vii) provide accurate and complete information to XXX.xxx at all times, both upon requesting a Digital Certificate and thereafter as requested by XXX.xxx in connection with the issuance of the Digital Certificate, and immediately inform XXX.xxx if any of the Subscriber Data or information provided by the Subscriber to XXX.xxx ceases to remain valid or correct or otherwise changes; (viii) immediately promptly cease using a Certificate and its associated Private Key, and promptly request XXX.xxx to revoke the related Private Key and request revocation of Certificate, in the Certificate if 1event that: (a) any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2(b) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Subscriber’s Private Key associated with the Public Key listed in the Certificate; (ix) promptly cease all use of the Certificate and its Private Key corresponding to the Public Key listed in a Digital Certificate upon expiration or revocation of the such Digital Certificate; (x) comply with all regulationspromptly disclose in writing to XXX.xxx anything that constitutes a breach of, policiesor is inconsistent with, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) obtain and keep in force any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of the Certificates; and (xii) abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, obligations or warranties and guidelines when using a Certificaterepresentations in sections 3 and 4 herein.

Subscriber Obligations. Subscriber shallagrees to: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo TrustCor CA in the Certificate request Application and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) only install and use each a Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) that are accessible at the domain name names listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV issued Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates Certificate only for authorized and legal purposes, consistent with the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS, this Subscriber Agreement and in accordance with industry standards; (iv) review and verify the accuracy of the data information in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if promptly notify TrustCor CA of any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurateerrors; (v) be responsible, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and content; (vi) promptly inform Sectigo notify TrustCor CA if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates Certificate and assist Sectigo TrustCor CA in preventing, curing, curing and rectifying any misuse; (viivi) take all reasonable measures to assure control of, keep confidential, confidential and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in a Certificate; (vii) immediately cease using the Certificate and its associated Private Key and promptly request TrustCor CA to revoke the Certificate if the information within Subscriber’s Certificate is, or has become, incorrect or inaccurate; (viii) immediately cease using a the Certificate and the related its associated Private Key and request revocation of the Certificate promptly notify TrustCor CA if 1) any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurateSubscriber discovers, or 2) has reason to believe, there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificate; (ix) cease any and all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or notice of revocation of the Certificate;; and agree to not use the Certificate for any purpose thereafter. (x) comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) obtain and keep in force enforce any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be maybe required for Subscriber’s lawful use of the Certificates; and (xiixi) abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulations and guidelines when using a Certificate.

Subscriber shall: (i) : provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) ; install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) ; use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS; (iv) ; review and verify the accuracy of the data in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate; (v) ; be responsible, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and content; (vi) ; promptly inform Sectigo if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misuse; (vii) ; take all reasonable measures to assure control of, keep confidential, and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in a Certificate; (viii) ; immediately cease using a Certificate and the related Private Key and request revocation of the Certificate if 1) any information in the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificate; (ix) ; cease all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or revocation of the Certificate; (x) ; comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) , obtain and keep in force any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of the Certificates; and (xii) and abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines when using a Certificate.

Subscriber Obligations. Subscriber shall: (i) provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo in the Certificate request and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates; (ii) install and use each Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) accessible at the domain name listed in the Certificate if the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates only for the purposes listed in the Sectigo Comodo CPS; (ii) only install an issued Certificate on one machine at a time, and only use an issued Certificate for authorized business of the Subscriber; (iii) be responsible for any computer hardware, telecommunications hardware, and software necessary to use the Certificate; (iv) review obtain and verify the accuracy of the data in each Certificate prior maintain any authorization or license necessary to installing and using use the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate; (v) be responsible, at Subscriberbind each Relying Party to Comodo’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and contentRelying Party Agreement; (vi) promptly keep Confidential Information confidential and uncompromised, and immediately inform Sectigo Comodo and request revocation of any affected Certificates if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates and assist Sectigo in preventing, curing, and rectifying any misusereasonably believes that Confidential Information has been disclosed or compromised; (vii) take ensure that all reasonable measures information provided to assure control ofComodo is complete and accurate and does not include any information that would be unlawful, keep confidentialcontrary to public interest, and properly protect at all times or otherwise likely to damage the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included business or reputation of Comodo if used in a Certificateany way; (viii) for Code Signing Certificates, inform Comodo if: 1) it is discovered (by whatever means) that code that has been signed is suspect; 2) information in a certificate is or becomes invalid; or 3) Subscriber discovers or suspects that a copy of its private key, or key- activation data, is no longer under its sole control; (ix) use one of the following options to generate and protect each Code Signing Certificate Private Key: 1) a Trusted Platform Module (“TPM”) that generates and secures a key pair and that can document protection of the Private Key through a TPM key attestation; 2) a hardware crypto module with a unit design form factor certified as conforming to at least FIPS 140 Level 2, Common Criteria EAL 4+, or equivalent; or 3) another type of hardware storage token with a unit design form factor of SD Card or USB token (not necessarily certified as conformant with FIPS 140 Level 2 or Common Criteria EAL 4+); (x) immediately cease using a Certificate and the related associated Private Key and request revocation of the Certificate if 1) any information in if the Private Key is compromised or 2) after the Certificate is expired or becomes incorrect or inaccurate, or 2) there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificaterevoked; (ix) cease all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or revocation of the Certificate; (x) comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) obtain and keep in force immediately notify Comodo of 1) any consentbreach of this agreement or 2) any information provided to Comodo changes, authorizationceases to be accurate, permission or license that may be required for Subscriber’s lawful use of becomes inconsistent with the Certificateswarranties made by Subscriber herein; and (xii) abide by comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, local and guidelines international laws when receiving or using a Certificate, including all export laws. Subscriber shall not export or re-export, either directly or indirectly, any Certificate to a country or entity under United Kingdom or United States restrictions. Subscriber shallagrees to: (i) i. provide accurate and complete information at all times to Sectigo TrustCor CA in the Certificate request Application and as otherwise requested in connection with the issuance of Certificates;Certificates; (ii) . only install and use each a Certificate 1) only on domains owned or controlled by Subscriber and 2) only on the server(s) that are accessible at the domain name names listed in the Certificate if issued Certificate; iii. use the Certificate is a DV Certificate, OV Certificate, or EV Certificate; (iii) use the Certificates only for authorized and legal purposes, consistent with the purposes listed in the Sectigo CPS;, this Subscriber Agreement and in accordance with industry standards; (iv) . review and verify the accuracy of the data information in each Certificate prior to installing and using the Certificate, and immediately inform Sectigo if promptly notify TrustCor CA of any data listed in a Certificate changes or ceases to be accurate;errors; (v) be responsible, at Subscriber’s expense, for 1) all computers, telecommunication equipment, software, access to the Internet, and communications networks (if any) required to use the Certificates, 2) Subscriber’s conduct and its website maintenance, operation, development, and content; (vi) v. promptly inform Sectigo notify TrustCor CA if Subscriber becomes aware of any misuse of the Certificates Certificate and assist Sectigo TrustCor CA in preventing, curing, curing and rectifying any misuse;misuse; (vii) vi. take all reasonable measures to assure control of, keep confidential, confidential and properly protect at all times the Private Key that corresponds to the Public Key to be included in a Certificate;Certificate; (viii) vii. immediately cease using a the Certificate and the related its associated Private Key and promptly request revocation of Trust- Cor CA to revoke the Certificate if 1) any the information in within Subscriber’s Certificate is, or has become, incorrect or inaccurate; viii. immediately cease using the Certificate is or becomes incorrect or inaccurateand its associated Private Key and promptly notify TrustCor CA if Subscriber discovers, or 2) has reason to believe, there is any actual or suspected misuse or compromise of the Private Key associated with the Certificate;Certificate; (ix) . cease any and all use of the Certificate and its Private Key upon expiration or notice of revocation of the Certificate;Certificate; and agree to not use the Certificate for any purpose thereafter. (x) comply with all regulations, policies, and procedures of its networks while using Certificates, (xi) x. obtain and keep in force enforce any consent, authorization, permission or license that may be maybe required for Subscriber’s Sub- xxxxxxx’x lawful use of the Certificates; Certificates; and (xii) xi. abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, regulations and guidelines when using a Certificate.
