No Sensitive Personal Information. Subscriber specifically agrees not to use the Services to collect, store, process or transmit any Sensitive Personal Information. Subscriber acknowledges that MaestroQA is not a Business Associate or subcontractor (as those terms are defined in HIPAA) or a payment card processor and that the Services are neither HIPAA nor PCI DSS compliant. MaestroQA will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.

Carrier will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.

Adtrib will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.
No Sensitive Personal Information. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Sensitive Data is not required to be provided to OpenExchange to provide the OpenExchange Offering to Customer or its Users. Customer represents and warrants that it will not, and specifically agrees not to, collect, store, process or transmit any Sensitive Personal Information using the OpenExchange Offering and it will inform Users not to submit Sensitive Information to the OpenExchange Platform. OpenExchange will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.

Customer acknowledges that Loadsmart is not a Business Associate or subcontractor (as those terms are defined in HIPAA) or a payment card processor and that the Services are neither HIPAA nor PCI DSS compliant. Loadsmart will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.
No Sensitive Personal Information. Customer specifically agrees not to collect, store, process or transmit any Sensitive Personal Information using the Rapta Platform. Customer acknowledges that Rapta is not a Business Associate or subcontractor (as those terms are defined in HIPAA) or a payment card processor and that the Rapta Offering is neither HIPAA nor PCI DSS compliant. Rapta will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.
No Sensitive Personal Information. Customer specifically agrees not to use the Services to collect, store, process or transmit any Sensitive Personal Information. Customer acknowledges that whilst Inline Manual is not a payment card processor and that it uses PCI DSS compliant payment gateway(s). Inline Manual will have no liability under this Agreement for Sensitive Personal Information, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein.
No Sensitive Personal Information. Except as otherwise expressly agreed between the Parties in writing by entering into a separate agreement, Customer specifically agrees not to use the Services to collect, store, process or transmit any Sensitive Personal Information. Customer acknowledges that Smartnova is not a payment card processor and that the Services are not PCI DSS compliant. Except for Smartnova’s obligations as a business associate pursuant to this Agreement, Customer shall be responsible for any Sensitive Personal Information it submits to the Service, and Smartnova will treat such submissions as Customer Data as defined in this Agreement such that Smartnova is not subject to any additional obligations that apply to Sensitive Personal Information.
