Subscriber Status as U.S./Foreign Person. (Please read Section 10.1 and check the box if you are described in such section. If not, check the box next to Section 10.2). 10.1 ☐ For U.S. Persons. Subscriber is (i) an entity created or organized in or under the laws of the U.S., any state thereof that is treated for U.S. income tax purposes as a partnership or corporation, (ii) a trust, if either (A) the administration of which a court within the United States is able to exercise primary supervision over or for which one or more United States persons (including individual citizens or residents of the U.S.) have the authority to control all substantial decisions, or (B) the trust has a valid election in effect to be treated as a U.S. person, or (iii) an estate the income of which is subject to tax in the United States regardless of its source.
