---SUBSCRIBER'S RIGHT TO INSPECT AND VERIFY INFORMATION. (a) The Licensee shall promptly make available for inspection by a Subscriber at a reasonable time and place all personal subscriber information that the Licensee maintains regarding said Subscriber. (b) A Subscriber may obtain from the Licensee a copy of any or all of the personal subscriber information regarding him or her maintained by the Licensee. The Licensee may require a reasonable fee for making said copy. (c) A Subscriber or User may challenge the accuracy, completeness, retention, use or dissemination of any item of personal subscriber information. Such challenges and related inquiries about the handling of subscriber information shall be directed to the Licensee. The Licensee shall change any such information upon a reasonable showing by any Subscriber that such information is inaccurate.

(a) The Licensee Franchisee shall promptly make available for inspection by a Subscriber at a reasonable time and place all personal subscriber Subscriber information that the Licensee Franchisee maintains regarding said Subscriber. (b) A Subscriber may obtain from the Licensee Franchisee a copy of any or and all of the their personal subscriber Subscriber information regarding him or her maintained by the LicenseeFranchisee. The Licensee Franchisee may require a reasonable fee for making said copycopies. (c) A Subscriber or User may challenge the accuracy, completeness, retention, use or dissemination of any item of or personal subscriber Subscriber information. Such challenges and related inquiries about the handling of subscriber Subscriber information shall be directed to the LicenseeFranchisee’s Corporate Counsel. The Licensee Franchisee shall change any such information upon a reasonable showing by any Subscriber that such information is inaccurate.
