Common use of Subscription Amount Clause in Contracts

Subscription Amount. The Undersigned hereby subscribes for Shares of XxxxXxxx.xxx, Inc., a Delaware corporation, for the total price of $25,000.00 (“Subscription Amount”), and tenders a check, money order or wire transfer in the sum of $25,000.00, payable to XxxxXxxx.xxx, Inc. The number of shares of Common Stock issued will be the next higher whole number of shares determined by dividing Subscription Amount by the Stock Value.
