SUBSCRIPTION FEES AND CHARGES. The Customer hereby agrees to pay the subscription fees and charges to its account in accordance with the fees, charges, and payment terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable in accordance with the Agreement. C3 subscription fees and charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing. Unless otherwise mutually agreed to in the applicable C3 Hub Order Form, invoices will be sent by C3 to the Customer’s most recent billing email on file in PDF format and must be paid within 30 days. If the Customer requires a purchase order number to be referred to in a C3 invoice, such PO must be provided to C3 prior to agreed invoicing date. The renewal fees and /or minimum subscription fees for subsequent term, if any, will then be reasonably increased by C3 to reflect the actual use of the C3 Hub by the Customer.

The renewal fees and /or minimum subscription fees for subsequent termfees, if any, will then be reasonably increased by C3 adjusted consequently to reflect the actual use of the C3 Hub Reservations by the Customer.
