Subsequent Designations. Except as provided in Section 3.5, each party to this Agreement that is entitled to designate one or more directors or Committee members shall do so by written notice to each of the other parties to this Agreement and to the Secretary of the Company, signed by the Person making such designation.
Subsequent Designations. The owner of a registered regional mark or the applicant of an application for regional registration, their heirs or successors, if any, may file applications for subsequent designation of extension of registration or application to other States signatories of the said treaties.
