Subsequent Medical Treatment. The Company will assume the responsibility of scheduling all subsequent medical treatment required by an employee who has incurred an on-the-job injury as follows: a. All subsequent medical treatment will be scheduled, if possible, when the employee is scheduled to work. b. If an appointment can be scheduled as in (1) above, the Company will pay the difference in the employee’s base rate and what the Workers’ Safety Insurance Board pays for the time lost that day as a result of the medical treatment.
