A written recommendation regarding the renewal or non-renewal of the probationer's contract for the ensuing regular College year, on or before March 1, or 3. A written recommendation for granting or denying permanent status with accompanying supporting materials or continued probationary status, on or before the mid point of the eighth probationary quarter.
