Common use of Subsequent Vacation Requests Clause in Contracts

Subsequent Vacation Requests. (a) Once the process for vacation scheduling under Clause 10.3 has been completed, any subsequent vacation requests must be submitted in writing. The Employer shall respond to all subsequent vacation requests within 14 days of submission. Approval shall be subject to operational requirements and granted on a first come, first served basis. (b) Notwithstanding (a) above, this does not prevent an employee from making a subsequent vacation request with less than 14 days' notice.
