As of the Restatement Date the Borrower will have no Subsidiaries other than those specifically disclosed in Schedule 5.13, and will have no equity investment in any other corporation or other entity other than those specifically disclosed in Schedule 5.13. From and after the Restatement Date, the MLP has no Subsidiaries other than the Borrower and the Borrower’s Subsidiaries.
