Substance Abuse Treatment Services Minimum Requirements. The CONTRACTOR shall, in accordance with the terms of this AGREEMENT, provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, facilities, and services (except as may be furnished in writing by the JPD and specified as part of this AGREEMENT) and perform all services necessary for, or incidental to, the provision of the substance abuse treatment services listed as follows.
Substance Abuse Treatment Services Minimum Requirements. A. The VENDOR shall, in accordance with the terms of this AGREEMENT, provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, facilities, and services (except as may be furnished by the DEPARTMENT as specified in writing as part of this AGREEMENT) and do all things necessary for, or incidental to, the provision of the substance abuse treatment services listed as follows: Outpatient counseling services in accordance with and as more particularly described in the Specifications associated with the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) (Job / ) (“Specifications”), attached hereto at Exhibit A-3 and incorporated by reference herein. In the event of a conflict between the RFP Specifications and VENDOR’s Proposal, the terms and conditions of the RFP Specifications shall prevail, and in the event of a conflict between the RFP Specifications and this AGREEMENT, the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT shall prevail.
Substance Abuse Treatment Services Minimum Requirements. The VENDOR shall, in accordance with the terms of this AGREEMENT, provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, facilities, and services (except as may be furnished by the DEPARTMENT as specified in writing as part of this AGREEMENT) and do all things necessary for, or incidental to the provision of the substance abuse treatment services as required by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Substance Abuse Related Rules for the level of service provided.
