Substance Use Disorder Milestone – Medication-assisted Treatment Utilization. The State must increase the number of Vermont residents receiving medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorder to 150 per 10,000 Vermont residents of ages 18-64 (or up to the rate of demand).
