Substances chimiques. Chaque substance chimique contenue dans les biens fait partie de la liste des substances chimiques dressée et publiée par du Vendeur, ainsi que son respect du Code de conduite des fournisseurs d’AGILENT pour toute transaction liée à cette Commande, jusqu’à cinq (5) ans après livraison des Biens et/ou Services. Le Vendeur tiendra à jour des registres complets, comprenant entre autres xxx xxxxx de tous les matériaux et services achetés, le travail donné en sous-traitance à des tiers et tous xxx xxxxx de personnel. Tous les registres seront tenus à jour conformément aux PCGR (principes comptables généralement reconnus) ou normes comptables similaires et d’une manière à pouvoir être aisément vérifiés. Ne pas fournir de tels registres à la demande d’AGILENT sera considéré comme une violation substantielle des termes de cette Commande. les numéros de pièces d’AGILENT, le numéro de série des biens (s’ils sont numérotés en série), le numéro du tarif douanier harmonisé (TDH) attribué à AGILENT pour le pays de destination, le numéro du bon, le numéro de boîte, le nombre total de boîtes, le poids total des boîtes (en kilogrammes), le pays d’origine, la quantité évaluée selon le poids et la mesure du pays où les biens sont expédiés, le prix unitaire de chaque bien, la valeur de toute aide aux douanes, le montant total de la facture, la devise de la facture, le type de facture, les modalités de vente selon les Incoterms 2010, le nom du transporteur et le numéro du connaissement. La facture doit être présentée dans la langue du pays où les biens sont expédiés. la Environmental Protection Agency des États-Unis en vertu de la loi intitulée 10.   • Chemical Substances Supplier warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Products is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Supplier for Products shall be provided to DXC prior to shipment of the Products and shall be complete and accurate.

  • TOXIC SUBSTANCES Each Contractor furnishing a toxic substance as defined by Section 875 of the Labor Law, shall provide such Authorized User with not less than two copies of a material safety data sheet, which sheet shall include for each such substance the information outlined in Section 876 of the Labor Law. Before any chemical product is used or applied on or in any building, a copy of the product label and Material Safety Data Sheet must be provided to and approved by the Authorized User agency representative.

  • NOISE/WASTE The Tenant agrees not to commit waste on the premises, maintain, or permit to be maintained, a nuisance thereon, or use, or permit the premises to be used, in an unlawful manner. The Tenant further agrees to abide by any and all local, county, and State noise ordinances.

  • Hazardous Wastes In the event that the Mortgaged Property, related to a Mortgage Loan which is being considered for liquidation by foreclosure or the transfer of a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure, contains, and the Servicer has reason to believe that it contains, hazardous or regulated substances which may impose liability, for damages, remediation or otherwise, upon the owner of such Mortgaged Property pursuant to Federal, State or local law, the Servicer shall not, except with the express prior written approval of the Master Servicer, which approval makes specific reference to the presence of such hazardous or regulated substances, undertake or continue the process of foreclosure with respect to such Mortgaged Property.

  • Hazardous Waste The term “Hazardous Substances,” as used in this Lease shall mean pollutants, contaminants, toxic or hazardous wastes, or any other substances, the use and/or the removal of which is required or the use of which is restricted, prohibited or penalized by any “Environmental Law,” which term shall mean any federal, state or local law, ordinance or other statute of a governmental or quasi-governmental authority relating to the pollution or protection of the environment. Tenant hereby agrees that (i) no activity will be conducted on the Premises that will produce any Hazardous Substances; (ii) the Premises will not be used in any manner for the storage of any Hazardous Substances; (iii) no portion of the Premises will be used as a landfill or a dump; (iv) Tenant will not install any underground tanks of any type; (v) Tenant will not allow any surface of subsurface conditions to exist or come into existence that constitute, or with the passage of time may constitute a public or private nuisance; (vi) Tenant will not permit any hazardous Substances to be brought onto the Premises, and if so brought thereon, then the same shall be immediately removed with proper disposal, and all required clean-up procedures shall be diligently undertaken pursuant to all Environmental Laws. Landlord or Landlord’s representative shall have the right but not the obligation to enter the Premises upon reasonable notice except in case of an emergency for the purpose of ensuring compliance with all Environmental Laws. If Tenant so contaminates the Premises, then Tenant shall promptly and diligently institute proper and thorough clean-up procedures at Tenant’s sole cost, and Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds Landlord harmless from and against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and obligations of any nature arising from or as a result of Tenant’s failure to comply with this Paragraph 48. The foregoing indemnification and the responsibilities of Tenant shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • Controlled Substances The use or possession of any controlled substance will result in immediate cancellation of the use agreement.

  • Hazardous Substances The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity, concentration or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured, transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and include without limitation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed under the Environmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" also includes, without limitation, petroleum and petroleum by-products or any fraction thereof and asbestos.

  • Safety Glasses Section 1. The City shall supply prescription safety glasses with plastic lenses to employees who are required to wear safety glasses and who are members of the classifications contained in Appendix C to this contract. Safety glasses which are authorized must be industrial grade safety glasses which meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI Specification Z87. 1. All employees who are required to wear safety glasses shall also be required to wear side xxxxxxx, either permanent or snap-on, whenever an eye hazard exists. Solid tinted glasses will not be approved unless required by prescription. Photogray, progressive, scratch coating and/or anti-glare lenses may be considered for those employees who primarily work outdoors or as prescribed. In the event that additional classes are identified as needing either prescription safety glasses or protective eyewear, such classes may be added to the classification list in Appendix C upon approval of PAGE and the City. Section 2. The City agrees to pay the full cost of required prescription safety glasses, with frames not to exceed $75.00. This excludes the cost of the eye examination which will be the responsibility of the employee. The effected employees will be allowed one (1) replacement of safety glasses every two (2) years. In the event the safety glasses become lost, unserviceable, or broken on the job, the employee must present a written request for replacement to the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If the employee breaks his safety glasses while on the job, the Department shall replace the glasses at no cost to the employee. The replacement of lost glasses or glasses that are broken off the job will be at the discretion of the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If an employee has been provided safety glasses by the City, the employee shall be permitted to retain possession of the glasses after separation from the City without reimbursing the City for any costs associated with the glasses. Section 3. An employee who is required to wear prescription safety glasses must present a written request to his department head or designated representative. Section 4. The employee must obtain a current prescription and the employee is authorized the use of sick leave not to exceed two (2) hours to accomplish this examination. The employee will obtain a purchase order from the Department Head prior to ordering the safety glasses. The employee will present the purchase order to the appropriate vendor when ordering. The vendor will contact the appropriate Department Head when the glasses are ready for delivery. The Department Head will then notify the employee who will present himself at the vendor for fitting and pickup. Section 5. In the event a probationary employee has been issued safety glasses and terminates his employment with the City for any reason during the probationary period, he shall be required to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in the purchase of safety glasses.
