Hazardous Wastes definition

Hazardous Wastes means all waste materials subject to regulation under CERCLA, RCRA or applicable state law, and any other applicable Federal and state laws now in force or hereafter enacted relating to hazardous waste disposal.
Hazardous Wastes means (A) any waste listed as or meeting the identified characteristics of a “hazardous waste” or terms of similar import under RCRA, (B) any waste meeting the identified characteristics of a “hazardous waste”, “extremely hazardous waste” or “restricted hazardous waste” under the CHWCL, and/or (C) any and all other substances and materials defined or referred to as a “hazardous waste” or other term of similar import under any Hazardous Materials Laws.

Hazardous Wastes hazardous substances" and "pollutants or contaminants" will mean any substances, waste, pollutant or contaminant now or hereafter included with any respective terms under any now existing or hereinafter enacted or amended federal, state or local statute, ordinance, code or regulation, including but not limited to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 9601 ET SEQ. ("CERCLA").
