Substantial Completion Inspection and Final Inspection. HDR will visit the site, perform a substantial completion inspection, and issue a punch list, if required. In addition, a final inspection will be performed to help verify that Contractor has completed punch list items. HDR will issue site visit reports for both inspections and issue the official Certificate of Substantial Completion for signature by HDR, Contractor, and the GLO.
